CA Realty Training COVID-19 Response

The well-being and safety of our students, staff, and partners is important to us. With the spread of COVID-19 and in compliance with CDC and WHO recommendations, we are acting to prevent the spread and growth of coronavirus.

We are closely monitoring news coverage and government announcements to inform our actions to benefit the health and wellness of the CA Realty Training family. Our goal is to maintain transparency with our responses so you feel secure that we are making the best decisions regarding our community’s health.

In-Class Training Conduct Regulations

We have reopened in-class training for our Westlake Village location and Palos Verdes location. To attend this training in-class, students must follow our conduct regulations.

In-person training students must:

  • Maintain social distance
  • Wear a face mask
  • Sign a liability form

Maintain Social Distance

To maintain a safe environment for everyone, students must socially distance. Therefore, there can only be one student per desk in the classroom and students must stay 6ft apart.

Additionally, students are asked not to touch any items inside the office. Office kitchens, restrooms, appliances, and other supplies may not be available to the public during class. We ask that all students prepare accordingly.

Wear a Face Mask

Students must wear a face mask at all times while in the Keller Williams building and classroom. Students who do not wear a face mask will not be allowed inside the building.

Additionally, students who are reported to not be wearing their face mask or not following safety conduct during this session will be removed from the classroom.

Sign a Liability Form

To enroll in the in-class training program, students must first sign a liability form. This is to show that students understand and agree to the conduct regulation to attend our in-class training.

We will send students the liability form once they purchase the program.

How to Prepare for the In-Class Training

We recommend students prepare for their in-class training by bringing the following:

  • Mask (we do not provide masks)
  • Water to stay hydrated
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Note taking materials (pen and notepad or laptop)

Additionally, restrooms may be closed to the public so we recommend that all students plan accordingly. We ask that students please respect the well-being of others and exercise their best judgement to mitigate health risks.

We will continue to update our students, staff, and partners with our responses as we monitor government issued recommendations. Your patience is immensely appreciated. If you have any questions regarding courses, packages, or our response, please contact us at: (888) 317-8740 or email at
