Raymond has been involved in Real Estate for nearly 4 years, and is one of the brightest young stars in the industry. He has been a top producing agent in both San Diego and Bakersfield, has served on Social Committees and Agent Leadership Councils, and now looks to share his experience and knowledge with others through teaching. As the Director for Kern County of California’s #1 Real Estate Team, he has groomed a number of new young agents as he continues to grow the Dani Blain Real Estate Team across the state. He has incorporated various training programs and taught a number of classes to efficiently and effectively train new agents. It is this experience and his unwavering passion that he now brings to California Realty Training to help groom the next crop of successful industry leaders!
