Having been in real estate for 11 years, Laura refers to herself as a “hi-tech refugee” after leaving a career at Hewlett Packard to follow her passion… Real Estate. Being knowledge based, she went back to college where she received her certification in Real Estate. During the market crash Laura successfully used her skills of organization and negotiation in the short sale market not only for her own clients, but also for other agents and investors. In fact, Laura was a pioneer in the short sale market as the first agent in the Keller Williams Cupertino office to ever complete a short sale transaction. In addition to sales Laura is a partner in UR Property Group, Inc., a property management company, with her focus on marketing, contracts and processing. Laura also utilizes her teaching skills at the famous Cahill’s Judo Academy where she has taught for over 40 years.
