Scott Cooper was born and raised in the Antelope Valley and has been selling Real Estate since 1996. As a Real Estate Agent Scott helped many individuals, families, and investors purchase and sell their homes. Since 1998 he has worked with Banks as an REO agent helping to sell their foreclosed properties. He specialized in helping Sellers prevent foreclosures by assisting them with Short Sales. His passion is Real Estate. However, when he has down time he enjoys racing nearly anything with a motor, refurbishing old muscle cars, strumming the guitar, and spending quality time with his children.
In 1999 Scott took a position as a Sales manager for one of the more productive Century 21 offices in the Century 21 system. He worked as a Sales Manager, then General Manager/Broker of Record for this company until 2016 when he joined Keller Williams. Scott is currently the Broker of Record for Keller Williams Antelope Valley, Keller Williams VIP Properties in Valencia, and Keller Williams Central in Northridge. He has been responsible for thousands of Real Estate Transactions, including residential, land, businesses, and commercial deals. In these management position he has trained and assisted hundreds of agents build a life worth living by leveraging their real estate businesses.
In the classroom Scott utilizes real life experiences from his past 20 plus years of Real Estate to help you understand the lessons that are taught in the California Real Estate Training School. He stays active and keeps up to date with the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Southland Regional Association of Realtors, Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors, High Desert Association of Realtors, Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, Bakersfield Association of Realtors, Tehachapi Association of Realtors, and Santa Barbara Association of Realtors.
