Ashley Wrobel (Tuesday & Thursday)

As a licensed Realtor (Hawaii to California) since 1978, Ashley Wrobel has enjoyed a long varied successful career. Ashley began the productivity coaching program at Keller Williams Santa Monica in 2008. She’s trained and coached hundreds of agents into quick learning experiences and early transactions. Significantly placed in the Westside, her negotiation skills gained her recognition as a top producer, rookie of the year and one of the most well-known real estate coaches in Keller Williams – the largest real estate company in the U.S.. Her passion, abundant energy and enthusiasm about training will help her students achieve and exceed their goals. Originally from Montana, Ashley has enjoyed home ownership in Santa Monica since 1983.

Nick Shepherd Real Estate Trainer

Nick Shepherd (Saturday)

If you’re looking for a listing agent with plenty of experience in the Real Estate industry, then look no further. Nick Shepherd has been involved in all aspects of Real Estate since early 2005, where he was a loan officer in Las Vegas, NV. After coming back to California in late 2006, Nick then started working for Keller Williams Santa Monica, focusing primarily on residential single family homes. He then took some time in 2010 working for Power Property Management, where the company handled over 1,500 rental units in Southern California alone. In late 2012 Nick decided to go back to his Real Estate roots at Keller Williams Santa Monica, and began focusing on helping sellers list their homes & condos throughout the Westside.

Since going back to residential real estate, Nick Shepherd has brought on a team of seasoned professionals to make sure the buying and selling process is simple and pleasant for all of our clients.

Nanette Iggulden Real Estate Trainer

Nanette Iggulden

Working from Keller Williams’ Pacific Palisades office, Nanette brings to her clients a portfolio of talents as diverse as the languages she speaks. Her business expertise is built on the foundation of an economics degree and an MBA. Nanette’s clients also benefit from her many years of top-level marketing experience—she’s worked on such advertising accounts as IBM and Johnson & Johnson in New York City, and on branding strategies and creative campaigns for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank. Perhaps most important, Nanette understands the very fabric of the communities she presents to her real-estate clients – the neighborhood “sub-cultures” and nuances, the resale value of the locations she presents to her clients, and investment potential of the specific properties she recommends. She also contributes to charities including the Save The Children and the ONE campaign.
Though she lists her hobbies as “yoga, traveling, and learning more languages,” Nanette readily admits that she loves being a “people person” most of all. Her genuine drive to bring happy buyers and sellers together combined with her cultural dexterity, proven business savvy, and seasoned marketing skills, make Nanette one real-estate professional who is truly fluent in her work.
