Alexandra’s passion for real estate was ignited as a young child as her father was a real estate investor who owns, manages, and flips properties nationwide. As a toddler she was at open houses weekly and closely observing her dad negotiate his next project. Alexandra obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from San Diego State University.Right out of college, she began working as an assistant to a Real Estate Broker in Capitola, California. She worked as an assistant for a few years to learn the ins and outs of the industry before she obtained her license and become an agent herself. Within three days of hanging her license with Keller Williams Silicon Valley, she was in contract on her first sale.In every real estate transactions, Alexandra epitomizes integrity, passion, hard-work, and energy. His oldest son Andy entered the business in 1999 and has been Dave's partner since. Robert is the Chief Executive Director of US Realty Training. He has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1995. Before his career in Real Estate, Robert was teaching since his early twenties. He dedicated his time as a full-time agent in 2001 with his wife, Carolee. Together, they helped hundreds of families down the path of homeownership. In 2012, Robert's desire to teach pulled him away from Real Estate and led him to train.
His passion for teaching and his love of Real Estate were the keys to creating the USRT training program. He used his and his wife's extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry to form a top-notch learning program that would aid his students to success. Robert is also highly involved in the hiring of each trainer for USRT. He looks at several aspects of each trainer to ensure they will be a good fit for the USRT family. He believes that each individual can have a story that may connect with a student.
Robert is constantly reviewing all US Realty Training material to ensure the student's best possible experience. He feels that supplying the best material and support to each student will help them attain their Real Estate license. Robert feels his previous training experience has built a great program for all USRT students.

Kian is a Los Angeles native, raised in Santa Monica. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from California State University Northridge. Kian has customer service experience since 2008, when he graduated High School. With his vast experience in customer service and his degree in business, Kian is now pursuing his career as a Real Estate Agent.
