I enrolled in the property management course intially as a tryout to see if real estate was a path I really wanted to commit to. I started off just reading the book and then next thing I found myself 8 completed courses deep.California Realty Training offers an excellent buildable self paced program in which you can add physical textbooks and videos to enhance your learning experience.To make this short and sweet, I found the classes and tests to be relevant with what you will need in the working world and for exam preparation. I also enrolled in the crash course which includes a VERY wide variety of practice exams. Please please please enroll in this if you wish to pass as this will highlight key concepts and vocabulary relevant to the exam.I say this to say I used CA Realty 98% and watched 1 video from youtube within 2 weeks of  my scheduled exam date. To paint the picture for you I enrolled in my first class in May 2020 and finished my final class, Appraisal in August 2021, my exam was scheduled on 9/14 for 9/25 and I immediately enrolled in the crash course and passed my first try! It really is pass on first try guaranteed! Even though I took my courses over 1 year and some months ago.Do yourself the favor and just take the class!Its affordable, customer service is THEE best, the material is relevant and updated, you are provided with weekly email alerts with helpful resources and they also have a youtube channel with information too!Want to pass on your first try? Then you know what you need to do! and remember focus on concepts & vocab. They are your keys to passing!

I did my exam twice and got 67% on both.. I used the CA Realty Training Crash Course a week or two before my exam 3rd and passed it. Highly recommend the Crash course to friends and family

This review is LONG overdue. I had been studying for the exam on and off for a couple years. I needed a really good refresher and it was suggested to take Clarissa's class a couple days before the exam. She's extremely knowledgeable in real estate, makes class fun, has a sense of humor, provides great examples and absolutely set us up for success. Passed the exam on the first try, definitely owed it to taking her class. Highly Recommend !!

I recently passed my CA real estate licensee exam and on the first try. I couldn’t have done it without purchasing the crash course through carealtytraining. Due to COVID, I purchased the Pre-recorded crash course and I’m sure glad that I did. The instructor (Ian Medina) was awesome. He explained real estate concepts in a way that made it really easy to understand and grasp. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to pass their CA real estate exam. The customer service was exceptional and I want to personally thank Mike Rico and Karen Friedman for providing excellent service.

I absolutely loved the program. It worked for me on the first try. Ian Medina and Robert Rico, both amazing instructors and have a natural skill to grasp the audience in the online environment. I signed up for the online program and was able to pass my state exam on the first try. The program was so effective and easy to follow; I finished the exam first in the room. I loved every minute of the online environment. The crash course is a must! I highly recommend it. I have already referred a few of my close family members to sign up. Such a great program! I took the crash course with Diane and felt so prepared for my test! Once I passed my Real Estate test, the CA Realty team was in contact with me to help out with my next steps!

I’ve done my training online due to COVID, and signed up for a crash course for additional practice. My instructor was Mac Nomura and prior to this course I had stressed, worried about my outcome with real estate and had little hope. He started and ended by saying “be kind to yourself”. That literally brought my worried thoughts all the way down. I am now taking my time, remaining positive no matter the outcome and really appreciated the words of confidence in my journey. During the session he’s used personal experiences to help us remember each term or situation questioned. Allowed us to be ourselves and ask several questions and shout out comments to engage with one another. In conclusion, this was worth being involved in prior to my exam!

Took the Crash Course a couple days before my state exam. I passed! Overall the entire process took about 7 months (given the Covid restrictions). Clarissa Cortez, our instructor, was incredible! She is knowledgeable, a mentor, guided us through every process, gave great examples and is so passionate about the business! Could not ask for a better teacher! She was always available and proactive with the process. Highly recommend her and CA Realty Training. Their online portal was easy to use and made it convenient when I studied. Ready to start my new career!

Took the crash course on May 1st and 2nd with Angela So. Took the RE exam on Monday May 3rd and passed my first try!!🎉 Angela was a great instructor, very personable and to the point. This course really helped clear up and simplify a few things that I was struggling to understand. Take your practice exams, score at least 80%, study the vocabulary and you will pass!
