She’s trained and coached hundreds of agents into quick learning experiences and early transactions.  Significantly placed in the Westside, her negotiation skills gained her recognition as a top producer, rookie of the year and one of the most well-known real estate coaches in Keller Williams – the largest real estate company in the U.S.. Her passion, abundant energy and enthusiasm about training will help her students achieve and exceed their goals.  Originally from Montana, Ashley has enjoyed home ownership in Santa Monica since 1983. Carol has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years. She started her career in Santa Cruz and is currently the Broker of Record for the Keller Williams market center in Cupertino, CA. Carol’s responsibilities include contract review, advising agents, and ensuring that legal requirements are met. As the Broker, Carol serves as a sounding board and advisor for routine and irregular real estate transactions and situations.

Throughout the years, Carol has mentored and coached agents, and she taught all facets of Keller Williams courses, especially those focusing on technology. Carol has trained agents on how to increase and promote their business, on how to service their clients and stay informed on the current contract requirements as well as how to stay in compliance. She enjoys training and loves to share her experiences with students.

Carol has expertise in residential sales, beach properties, condos, second homes and short sales. She proudly holds the CRS, CIPS, ABR, ePRO, GRI and SFR designations. Clarissa has been in the real estate industry since 1998.  She started her real estate career as a Loan Officer and became full-time dedicated Realtor in 2003.  She joined the Keller Williams Burlingame office in 2013, and was invited to be a member of the 2015 Agent Leadership Council.  Clarissa actively services the real estate needs of her clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and use her vast knowledge in helping her clients buy, sell & invest on all levels and effectively negotiate through different price points.

Prior to her real estate career Clarissa was a Licensed Financial Advisor & Tax Professional for H&R Block where she also taught Income Tax Courses.  Throughout her career, whether in the Real Estate industry, Securities Industry or Tax Professional industry Clarissa has always been passionate with sharing her knowledge through teaching, coaching & mentoring.

Davi Davenport is a native Chicagoan, the child of two entrepreneurial-minded parents, and business owners. At twenty-two years old Davi opened her first hair salon, and by the age of twenty-six, she had three successful salons operating, and employed over 200 beauty industry professionals. Great customer service is at the heart of Davi’s life! Her mother was a real estate investor that always stressed the importance of property ownership and the power of the real estate business. The world of real estate always sparked a bright light in Davi’s heart. After purchasing her first investment property at the age of twenty-nine with her mother, she realized this was something she wanted to be a permanent part of her life. Being a landlord also gave Davi the opportunity to provide a home for many families in Chicago, while helping Davi build a strong financial base for herself. Along with the beauty industry, Davi is a philanthropist, with an emphasis on youth advocacy. She has also been in the media industry for twenty-three years as a radio personality, television host and producer. In 2003 Davi became a licensed realtor in Chicago and she joined the amazing Keller Williams Gold Coast Team. While she was a part of the team she became an award winning producer, making millions of dollars in business. Education has always been an important part of the real estate business for Davi, which is one of the reasons she joined Keller Williams. After two years with the company, Davi became the Director of Education for her office in Chicago. Davi and her family relocated to Los Angeles in 2014, and she’s now an integral part of the Keller Williams Hollywood Hills brokerage. With a solid program developed and in place, Elisa taught new agents the art of sales, negotiations, presentations, marketing and the tools for success for over 10 years before she returned to a sales only position with a Re/Max franchise. There she obtained her ABR certification and won numerous production awards for sales. Elisa has built her business over decades maintaining a small team in NJ and Southern California. Today she is affiliated with Keller Williams, lives in Santa Monica and works with homebuyers and sellers in the Westside while continuing to help new agents through the Mentor Program offered at KW.

Born in Iran, raised in Italy and Australia, and a California resident since 1985, Nanette is fluent in six languages, including Italian, Farsi and French. No matter who she is dealing with Nanette understands the importance of making people feel heard and teaching based on her own experiences, which is why her office of Keller Williams Santa Monica regularly asks her to teach classes to new licensees.

Working from Keller Williams’ Pacific Palisades office, Nanette brings a portfolio of talents as diverse as the languages she speaks. Her business expertise is built on the foundation of an economics degree and an MBA. Nanette’s clients also benefit from her many years of top-level marketing experience—she’s worked on such advertising accounts as IBM and Johnson & Johnson in New York City, and on branding strategies and creative campaigns for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank. Perhaps most important, Nanette understands the very fabric of the communities she presents to her real-estate clients – the neighborhood “sub-cultures” and the nuances, the resale value of the locations she presents to her clients, and investment potential of the specific properties she recommends. She also contributes to charities including The ONE campaign and KW Cares.

Though she lists her hobbies as “traveling and learning more languages,” Nanette readily admits that she loves being a “people person” most of all. Stephen has been selling homes in the East Bay for more than 13 years. He started his career with Keller Williams Realty and is thrilled to be back with the company and a leader in the newly launched Oakland Market Center.

Stephen brings his heart and soul into real estate education and training. He has held regular First Time Home Buyer workshops for more than 12 years, and has conducted numerous specific training and education events for new and experienced agents wherever he has worked. In 2016, in addition to his regular sales activities, he was employed as a trainer and mentor for new agents at his former brokerage.

Stephen is a strong believer in the fiduciary standard, and wants to help improve the professionalism and integrity in our profession by sharing his experience and passion for this business.

Stephen has been a full time real estate agent for over 25 years and has completed more than 750 transactions. A licensed broker since 1997, and president of his own real estate corporation, Stephen has mentored and coached over 100 agents. Stephen is also a real estate investor with experience in new construction, trust deed sales, REOs and short sales. In addition to all of this experience, over the past 6 years he has taught dozens of commercial real estate classes all over Southern California. His expertise and knowledge make him a truly valuable part of the CA Realty Training team. We are excited to have him as a part of our family!

Suzan comes from a strong sales background​ and has led many negotiations. Yvette Thomas-Hitchens has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, specializing in residential sales and property management. She is a top-producer in the Keller Williams LA Harbor office. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, she joined Keller Williams in 2014. Since becoming a member of the Keller Williams family she has taken on the role of Tech Coordinator for her office and serves as a member of the Agent Leadership Council. When she is not leading or training, she coaches new agents. In 2016 Yvette was one of the recipients the Keller Williams Cultural Ambassador Awards.

Yvette believes that all successful agents are lifetime learners and currently holds the MRP, PSA, e-Pro and CRS Candidate designations.
