Kathryn Shafer has been a licensed Realtor since 1990. She was the owner of her own Real Estate Brokerage before joining the Keller Williams- Beverly Hills office in early 2012. During her time as an owner she expanded her brokerage into two offices with over 100 agents. Kathryn’s commitment to training and mentoring in business is also reflected in her personal life. She enjoys mentoring youth with the LAPD in their after school programs and the Los Angeles Youth Network for homeless youth. She actively sells real estate throughout the Los Angeles market and gets a large amount of her business by assisting companies with corporate relocation projects. In addition to all of this experience, over the past 6 years he has taught dozens of commercial real estate classes all over Southern California. Keeping up to date with all of the new Real Estate contracts and continuing to learn is very important to Sally. She has earned many credentials and designations over the years and recently received one from the Real Estate Negotiations Institute. Sally is passionate about training and loves watching new agents experience the joys of helping their first clients. Davi Davenport

Davi Davenport is a native Chicagoan, the child of two entrepreneurial-minded parents, and business owners. At twenty-two years old Davi opened her first hair salon, and by the age of twenty-six, she had three successful salons operating, and employed over 200 beauty industry professionals. Great customer service is at the heart of Davi’s life! Her mother was a real estate investor that always stressed the importance of property ownership and the power of the real estate business. The world of real estate always sparked a bright light in Davi’s heart. After purchasing her first investment property at the age of twenty-nine with her mother, she realized this was something she wanted to be a permanent part of her life. Being a landlord also gave Davi the opportunity to provide a home for many families in Chicago, while helping Davi build a strong financial base for herself. Along with the beauty industry, Davi is a philanthropist, with an emphasis on youth advocacy. She has also been in the media industry for twenty-three years as a radio personality, television host and producer. In 2003 Davi became a licensed realtor in Chicago and she joined the amazing Keller Williams Gold Coast Team. While she was a part of the team she became an award winning producer, making millions of dollars in business. Education has always been an important part of the real estate business for Davi, which is one of the reasons she joined Keller Williams. After two years with the company, Davi became the Director of Education for her office in Chicago. Scott Butler

Scott Butler is a licensed Broker with Bedrock Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Beverly Hills. Scott has successfully closed deals for everyone from first time home buyers and savvy investors to sellers at all different price points. Prior to his work in real estate, Scott enjoyed a rewarding and diverse career that included teaching English in Japan, as well as positions with Fortune 500 Companies including American Express and Xerox. He is also a published author and public speaker. Scott’s sense of civic responsibility shined bright as he served for thirteen distinguished years as a member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and four years as Police Captain for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. Laura Welch

Laura refers to herself as a “hi-tech refugee” after leaving a career at Hewlett Packard to follow her passion: Real Estate. Laura has now been working in the Real Estate industry for about 11 years. During the market crash, Laura successfully used her skills of organization and negotiation in the short sale market not only for her own clients, but also for other agents and investors. In fact, Laura was a pioneer in the short sale market as the first agent in the Keller Williams Cupertino office to ever complete a short sale transaction. In addition to sales, Laura is a partner in UR Property Group, Inc., a property management company, with her focus on marketing, contracts and processing. Laura also utilizes her teaching skills at the famous Cahill’s Judo Academy where she has taught for over 40 years prior.

Elisa started her real estate career in 1987 in New Jersey after her brief first career in Design. After a few short successful years in real estate sales with a boutique multi office brokerage firm, she was offered the opportunity to recruit and develop a sales training program for newly licensed agents. With a solid program developed and in place, Elisa taught new agents the art of sales, negotiations, presentations, marketing and the tools for success for over 10 years before she returned to a sales only position with a Re/Max franchise. There she obtained her ABR certification and won numerous production awards for sales. Elisa has built her business over decades maintaining a small team in NJ and Southern California. Today she is affiliated with Keller Williams, lives in Santa Monica and works with homebuyers and sellers in the Westside while continuing to help new agents through the Mentor Program offered at KW.

Carol VanAusdal

Carol has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years. She started her career in Santa Cruz and is currently the Broker of Record for the Keller Williams market center in Cupertino, CA. Carol’s responsibilities include contract review, advising agents, and ensuring that legal requirements are met. As the Broker, Carol serves as a sounding board and advisor for routine and irregular real estate transactions and situations.

Throughout the years, Carol has mentored and coached agents, and she taught all facets of Keller Williams courses, especially those focusing on technology. Carol has trained agents on how to increase and promote their business, on how to service their clients and stay informed on the current contract requirements as well as how to stay in compliance. She enjoys training and loves to share her experiences with students.

Blanca Aguirre

Broker Blanca Aguirre has over 25 years of time tested real estate expertise in the San Francisco market. For over 9 years Blanca previously worked as a Manager of a local brokerage and oversaw hundreds of transactions brought to her by agents dealing with the most complex and difficult transactions. Her role as manager also included working closely with legal council to coordinate all Risk Management for the office and included constantly informing agents and staff of legal, state, and local ordinance updates.

General Contractor, Florida Real Estate Salesperson and Oklahoma Proprietor Real Estate Broker Licenses. Licensed as a Real Estate Broker (BRE 01225587) in the State of California in 1997, as Broker/Owner, Ian managed a Los Angeles based real estate firm which engaged in the daily operation and execution of multi-faceted and complex real estate projects. Areas of expertise included commercial, residential, industrial, office, land, agricultural, special purpose properties, eminent domain expertise and property management. Ian’s primary focus since 2015 has been providing quality real estate education to California real estate examinees. She’s trained and coached hundreds of agents into quick learning experiences and early transactions.  Significantly placed in the Westside, her negotiation skills gained her recognition as a top producer, rookie of the year and one of the most well-known real estate coaches in Keller Williams – the largest real estate company in the U.S.. Her passion, abundant energy and enthusiasm about training will help her students achieve and exceed their goals.  Originally from Montana, Ashley has enjoyed home ownership in Santa Monica since 1983. Sandy has been a licensed real estate consultant for over 20 years. Before entering the real estate field, Sandy was a successful business owner who, with her husband, grew her business from one location to over 120 locations nationwide.  During this time, she developed sales scripts and coached salespeople to success. Together they invested in real estate, where she became interested in developing her skills as a real estate agent.

Sandy has experience in various areas of real estate from personal investments, residential & commercial sales, commercial property management and mortgage origination.  She found the most rewarding to be residential sales.  Her love of helping others makes working with 1st time buyers exciting and working with Seniors, who are “rightsizing”, rewarding.

Believing in the importance of continued learning, Sandy has earned the SRES, CPRES, SFR, ABR, SRS, RENE designations.  She also attends various classes to stay relevant and knowledgeable in areas like technology, marketing and related real estate issues.  She loves passing on what she learns, whether it be informal or classroom setting.  She has conducted continuing education classes for new and seasoned agents and is excited to join CA Realty Training to help new licensees get the right start for a new, successful and rewarding career.

Also, James has spent time as a Productivity Coach and Mentor at a major real estate agency in Los Angeles, mentoring as many as 40 agents during his tenure. Stephen has been selling homes in the East Bay for more than 13 years. He started his career with Keller Williams Realty and is thrilled to be back with the company and a leader in the newly launched Oakland Market Center.

Stephen brings his heart and soul into real estate education and training. He has held regular First Time Home Buyer workshops for more than 12 years, and has conducted numerous specific training and education events for new and experienced agents wherever he has worked. In 2016, in addition to his regular sales activities, he was employed as a trainer and mentor for new agents at his former brokerage.

Stephen is a strong believer in the fiduciary standard, and wants to help improve the professionalism and integrity in our profession by sharing his experience and passion for this business.
