Right out of college, she began working as an assistant to a Real Estate Broker in Capitola, California. She worked as an assistant for a few years to learn the ins and outs of the industry before she obtained her license and become an agent herself. Within three days of hanging her license with Keller Williams Silicon Valley, she was in contract on her first sale.

In every real estate transactions, Alexandra epitomizes integrity, passion, hard-work, and energy. Michelle was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. She started her sales career over 22 years ago and has worked for many Fortune 500 companies where she was ranked regionally and nationally. In 2012, she left corporate america and became a Recruiter for a boutique real estate company in the Pasadena area where she grew the company to over 100 agents and helped launch their real estate school. Michelle instantly fell in love with the industry and decided to get her real estate license. She worked full time during the day and attended classes at night. She studied diligently for months and was determined to pass her exam on her first try, and she did!

Once she was licensed, she mentored under one of the Top Producers in the San Gabriel Valley/Top 100 in California. She watched and learned how to negotiate, price homes correctly, get offers accepted, and strategize through the most challenging transactions. She received the Top Producer Award for Highest Dollar Amount her second year in the business.

In 2017, she joined Keller Williams Executive and became the Director of Agent Development. She has also taken the role of Productivity Coach at her office. On top of this excellence, Michelle serves as a member of the Agent Leadership Council. She is passionate about sharing her experiences with new agents so they too can learn and grow their business. Five years in the art of selling fitness she felt there was more that just fitness transformations. Another step in the direction of sales was with Grant Cardone’s mastermind courses incorporated into a local car dealership negotiating skills lead her to a top producing saleswoman with Honda. But it was when her life changing event assisting a client from her car sales to a local realtor as a referral lead her to finding her purpose in life. In 2015 her first year as a Realtor, she reached over $2.1 million in sales started a small boutique realty office in South Pasadena. With just shy of 20 years in the sales and marketing Victoria incorporated her practice with her principles in real estate at Keller Williams Downtown Los Angeles.
