She’s trained and coached hundreds of agents into quick learning experiences and early transactions.  Significantly placed in the Westside, her negotiation skills gained her recognition as a top producer, rookie of the year and one of the most well-known real estate coaches in Keller Williams – the largest real estate company in the U.S.. Her passion, abundant energy and enthusiasm about training will help her students achieve and exceed their goals.  Originally from Montana, Ashley has enjoyed home ownership in Santa Monica since 1983. For over 9 years Blanca previously worked as a Manager of a local brokerage and oversaw hundreds of transactions brought to her by agents dealing with the most complex and difficult transactions. Her role as manager also included working closely with legal council to coordinate all Risk Management for the office and included constantly informing agents and staff of legal, state, and local ordinance updates.

As a recent transplant from Southern California, Christina is embracing the Bay Area with zeal. Her extensive knowledge of the California Real Estate market is unmatched by the average agent, as she has been a ‘boots on the ground’ real estate professional since 2007 and before that, an Airline Pilot flying jets over California at high altitude. Prior to that, she was an instructor teaching students to fly over the same real estate!

She has served over 100+ home sellers, home buyers and investors throughout the State of California. Her negotiation skills are enhanced by a B.A. from the University of Southern California in International Relations; and a concentration in Strategic Warfare. Combined with the culture of Keller Williams and CA Realty Training, she is both a diplomat and strong negotiator, looking to create win-win scenarios and bring joy to her clients.

Christina adds, “On a personal note, I am a daughter, sister and a wife. I am married to a General Contractor and we have two small dogs who fill our downtime with fun and our hearts with love. There truly is no place like home!”

In April 2016 he became the Chief Operating Officer at the Keller Williams of San Clemente. In June 2017, he went into Keller Williams Franchise Ownership and expanded ownership until March of 2018. At twenty-two years old Davi opened her first hair salon, and by the age of twenty-six, she had three successful salons operating, and employed over 200 beauty industry professionals. Great customer service is at the heart of Davi’s life! Her mother was a real estate investor that always stressed the importance of property ownership and the power of the real estate business. The world of real estate always sparked a bright light in Davi’s heart. After purchasing her first investment property at the age of twenty-nine with her mother, she realized this was something she wanted to be a permanent part of her life. Being a landlord also gave Davi the opportunity to provide a home for many families in Chicago, while helping Davi build a strong financial base for herself. Michelle was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. She started her sales career over 22 years ago and has worked for many Fortune 500 companies where she was ranked regionally and nationally. In 2012, she left corporate america and became a Recruiter for a boutique real estate company in the Pasadena area where she grew the company to over 100 agents and helped launch their real estate school. Michelle instantly fell in love with the industry and decided to get her real estate license. She worked full time during the day and attended classes at night. She studied diligently for months and was determined to pass her exam on her first try, and she did!

Once she was licensed, she mentored under one of the Top Producers in the San Gabriel Valley/Top 100 in California. She watched and learned how to negotiate, price homes correctly, get offers accepted, and strategize through the most challenging transactions. She received the Top Producer Award for Highest Dollar Amount her second year in the business.

In 2017, she joined Keller Williams Executive and became the Director of Agent Development. She has also taken the role of Productivity Coach at her office. On top of this excellence, Michelle serves as a member of the Agent Leadership Council. She is passionate about sharing her experiences with new agents so they too can learn and grow their business. With well over a decade of experience, Myrna provides agents with in-depth knowledge and helps them understand every facet of both the home buying a selling processes. Born in Iran, raised in Italy and Australia, and a California resident since 1985, Nanette is fluent in six languages, including Italian, Farsi and French. No matter who she is dealing with Nanette understands the importance of making people feel heard and teaching based on her own experiences, which is why her office of Keller Williams Santa Monica regularly asks her to teach classes to new licensees.

Working from Keller Williams’ Pacific Palisades office, Nanette brings a portfolio of talents as diverse as the languages she speaks. Her business expertise is built on the foundation of an economics degree and an MBA. Nanette’s clients also benefit from her many years of top-level marketing experience—she’s worked on such advertising accounts as IBM and Johnson & Johnson in New York City, and on branding strategies and creative campaigns for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank. Perhaps most important, Nanette understands the very fabric of the communities she presents to her real-estate clients – the neighborhood “sub-cultures” and the nuances, the resale value of the locations she presents to her clients, and investment potential of the specific properties she recommends. She also contributes to charities including The ONE campaign and KW Cares.

Though she lists her hobbies as “traveling and learning more languages,” Nanette readily admits that she loves being a “people person” most of all. Her genuine drive to bring happy buyers and sellers together combined with her cultural dexterity, proven business savvy, and seasoned marketing skills, make Nanette one real-estate professional who is truly fluent in her work and capable of inspiring and teaching the realtors of the future. Prior to his work in real estate, Scott enjoyed a rewarding and diverse career — serving for thirteen distinguished years as a member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and another four years for a Southern California Law Enforcement Agency.

In years since, Scott shifted his focus to real estate.
