As a toddler she was at open houses weekly and closely observing her dad negotiate his next project. Alexandra obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from San Diego State University.

Right out of college, she began working as an assistant to a Real Estate Broker in Capitola, California. She worked as an assistant for a few years to learn the ins and outs of the industry before she obtained her license and become an agent herself. Within three days of hanging her license with Keller Williams Silicon Valley, she was in contract on her first sale.

In every real estate transactions, Alexandra epitomizes integrity, passion, hard-work, and energy. Not only does she know the immense amount of work that goes into each transaction, but she enjoys it. Her passion for everything real estate led her to helping new agents join Keller Williams. She is part of the Growth Committee for Keller Williams Silicon Valley where she actively recruits and mentors new agents.

In her spare time, you can find Alexandra at the gym, working on a DIY project for her home, or spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She and her husband both love to travel and have explored many different countries together. Alexandra also volunteers annually for the Avon Breast Cancer Walk and several environment-based non-profits.

Prior to Angela’s entry into real estate, she spent nearly 20 years bringing national brands to life through face-to-face consumer events, most recently as a national director for a global advertising agency. As part of her role, Angela trained brand ambassadors across the U.S. for such high profile clients as American Express, Jim Beam Global and E&J Gallo. She is excited to share her passion for teaching with aspiring licensees.

Angela grew up with parents who built their own real estate business from the ground up and who understood the importance of building relationships with their community and providing top notch customer service. Jordan is no stranger to instructing others. While climbing the ranks in Martial Arts, Jordan began teaching younger students, including a group of additional needs youth. Learning how to help these children inspired Jordan and he has loved helping people learn and grow ever since.

In addition to his work in real estate, Jordan in active in the community. He is the President of the board for two non-profits – Together In Pajaro and Pajaro Valley Shelter Services. He is the Advisory Board Chair for the Aztecas youth Soccer Academy, and is leading the task to get the academy their own non-profit designation. Jordan also serves on the Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors Board as a director.

I owe a lot to my family for making me who I am today. My grandmother, Bertha Flemming, started a real estate company back in the 1950s, hoping to provide opportunities for her community to own property. All of her grandkids spent some time working with her, and I was no exception. I started back in high school before earning my degree from the University of San Francisco. I earned my real estate broker’s license straight out of college and returned to work with my grandmother. My parents, John and Ina, had instilled in me a strong sense of service but I found the real world was very different. Mom was a life-long volunteer; my father was a criminal defense lawyer and later became a judge. They both believed helping others empowers you with a strong sense of purpose. The truth of the matter is that I didn’t find a way to exercise that sense of service in real estate. Not right away, at least. So I left the business to pursue a different path: education. My years as a teacher were some of the most satisfying of my life. I got to be on the front lines, so to speak, guiding the youth of the Bay Area and helping to shape the future. To this day, I remain a part of several educational non-profits. I am proud to say that one of those non profits, SFCESS has honored me and my service to education at their 5th Annual Silent Auction in 2018, something of which I am extremely proud. Of course, San Francisco might be the most expensive place to live in the universe, so housing is at the forefront of all our minds. For that reason, I’ve done a lot of work with affordable housing. I was one of the first people to explore tenancy in common, and I’ve explored affordable construction options, as well. Victor Hugo has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has been a licensed broker for eighteen of those years. During that time, he has guided and molded many students into successful Realtors by helping them understand what it takes to make it in the real estate arena. Victor has a background in Economics and Communications from the University of Southern California and currently holds the prominent position of Productivity Coach for the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at the Keller Williams- Chino Hills brokerage.

Victor believes, “real estate transactions are complex, but it is our job, as trained real estate professionals, to assist our clients through the process and make it easier for them. Our number one goal is to help them achieve their dreams, and in return we are granted a rewarding experience.”

Victoria Munoz is a Native California born and raised in Northeast Los Angeles. She decided to pursue a career in nursing when she realized how she would be able to assist further in making decisions that would be life changing.

Studied locally Kinesology, and nursing to finance with real estate. A Mom to three children, a wife who’s been married for over 20 years. Involved with baseball leagues, the Boy and Girls Scouts, and enjoy being part of her local community. Loves her German Shepherd Heidi VonPunky and Orange Taby Colby.

Selling for Victoria began for her with door to door with L.A. fitness sales before the internet and social media Victoria became an local expert in recruitment for new and existing clients. Five years in the art of selling fitness she felt there was more that just fitness transformations. Another step in the direction of sales was with Grant Cardone’s mastermind courses incorporated into a local car dealership negotiating skills lead her to a top producing saleswoman with Honda. But it was when her life changing event assisting a client from her car sales to a local realtor as a referral lead her to finding her purpose in life. In 2015 her first year as a Realtor, she reached over $2.1 million in sales started a small boutique realty office in South Pasadena. With just shy of 20 years in the sales and marketing Victoria incorporated her practice with her principles in real estate.

At the beginning of Windy’s Real Estate Career, she started as an Executive Assistant to a Broker Associate and moved up through the years with hard work and dedication. Windy has accrued vast experience within the Real Estate World.

During her Real Estate Career, she has raised 2 beautiful children. Her daughter has recently graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with her bachelor’s degree in English and her son has been promoted within a very short time with his company. Windy has managed to balance her working career and family thanks to the flexibility within the business.
