I've always been interested in getting my Real Estate license, and after doing a lot of research, CA Realty seemed to be the best fit for me. I initially did a free info session (over Zoom), and that is what sealed the deal for me. I immediately signed up for the 3 month program, and started my first class in November 2020.

I always like to do a lot of research when I get into something and CA Realty seemed like a good fit. I started with the free introductory course and absolutely loved it!

Loved the training Rico offered! The combination of the video training, PDF quizzes and books allowed me to customize my training and not be bored or forced to read as my only source of training. I am a visual person so I appreciated the ability to do all 3 and be able to cross check something I heard or saw with the manual. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to prepare for their test. Now... I just need a date for the exam!

I did my exam twice and got 67% on both.. I used the CA Realty Training Crash Course a week or two before my exam 3rd and passed it. Highly recommend the Crash course to friends and family

This review is LONG overdue. I had been studying for the exam on and off for a couple years. I needed a really good refresher and it was suggested to take Clarissa's class a couple days before the exam. She's extremely knowledgeable in real estate, makes class fun, has a sense of humor, provides great examples and absolutely set us up for success. Passed the exam on the first try, definitely owed it to taking her class. Highly Recommend !!

I recently passed my CA real estate licensee exam and on the first try. I couldn’t have done it without purchasing the crash course through carealtytraining. Due to COVID, I purchased the Pre-recorded crash course and I’m sure glad that I did. The instructor (Ian Medina) was awesome. He explained real estate concepts in a way that made it really easy to understand and grasp. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to pass their CA real estate exam. The customer service was exceptional and I want to personally thank Mike Rico and Karen Friedman for providing excellent service.
