I absolutely loved the program. It worked for me on the first try. Ian Medina and Robert Rico, both amazing instructors and have a natural skill to grasp the audience in the online environment. I signed up for the online program and was able to pass my state exam on the first try. The program was so effective and easy to follow; I finished the exam first in the room. I loved every minute of the online environment. The crash course is a must! I highly recommend it. I have already referred a few of my close family members to sign up. I’ve done my training online due to COVID, and signed up for a crash course for additional practice. My instructor was Mac Nomura and prior to this course I had stressed, worried about my outcome with real estate and had little hope. He started and ended by saying “be kind to yourself”. That literally brought my worried thoughts all the way down. I am now taking my time, remaining positive no matter the outcome and really appreciated the words of confidence in my journey. During the session he’s used personal experiences to help us remember each term or situation questioned. Allowed us to be ourselves and ask several questions and shout out comments to engage with one another. In conclusion, this was worth being involved in prior to my exam!

Took the Crash Course a couple days before my state exam. I passed! Overall the entire process took about 7 months (given the Covid restrictions). Clarissa Cortez, our instructor, was incredible! She is knowledgeable, a mentor, guided us through every process, gave great examples and is so passionate about the business! Could not ask for a better teacher! She was always available and proactive with the process. Highly recommend her and CA Realty Training. Their online portal was easy to use and made it convenient when I studied. Ready to start my new career!

Took the crash course on May 1st and 2nd with Angela So. Took the RE exam on Monday May 3rd and passed my first try!!🎉 Angela was a great instructor, very personable and to the point. This course really helped clear up and simplify a few things that I was struggling to understand. Take your practice exams, score at least 80%, study the vocabulary and you will pass! Life doesn't start when you pass your exam life starts when you take the first step to learn the best way and this is truly the best way to learn and know your being guided to succeed!!! Wow !
